If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, kindly initiate a return request through the Best Computer Hub Ltd website. Return requests for Best Computer Hub Ltd items must be raised within 14 days, while for non-BCHL items, they should be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
For electronic appliances and mobile phones-related issues arising after the usage period or after the return policy period, please verify if the product is covered under the seller warranty or brand warranty. For detailed information on warranty claims, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Acceptable reasons for returning an item include:
The delivered product is damaged (e.g., physically destroyed or broken) or defective (e.g., unable to switch on).
The delivered product is incomplete (e.g., missing items or accessories).
The delivered product is incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, color, fake item, or expired).
The delivered product does not match the product description or picture (e.g., product not as advertised).
The delivered product does not fit (e.g., size is unsuitable).

Conditions for Returns:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. For fashion products, items may be tried on to determine if they fit, but must still be considered unworn.
The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Daraz packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be used for return. Please refrain from applying tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Note: It’s essential to include the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience or delay in the return process. Additionally, when handing over your package to the Drop-Off station/Pickup Agent, ensure to collect the Daraz Return Acknowledgment paper and keep it for future reference.
If your returned item fails to meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any refund request.
Note: If your return request is rejected, the item will be returned to you within 6-8 days. After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item will be sent to scrap, and no refund will be issued.
