Refund Policy
Issuance of Refunds:
The processing time for your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method used. The refund period/process begins when Best Computer Hub Ltd has processed your refund according to the refund type.The refund amount includes the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.
Refund Types: BCHL will process your refund according to the following types:
Refund from returns – Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and quality control (QC) is completed successfully. Refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return an item.
Refunds from cancelled orders – Refund is automatically initiated once cancellation is successfully processed.
Refunds from failed deliveries – Refund process begins when the item reaches the seller. Please note that this may take additional time depending on the shipping address area.

| Modes of Refund | Description |

| Bank Deposit | It is essential that the bank account details provided are accurate. The account must be active and maintain a sufficient balance to facilitate the refund process. |
| Debit or Credit Card | If the refunded amount does not appear in your card statement after the refund process is completed and you have received a notification from BCHL, please reach out to your personal bank for further assistance. |
| bKash / Rocket / Nagad Mobile Wallet | Similar to a bank deposit, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same mobile account details that were provided at the time of payment |
| Refund Voucher | Vouchers will be delivered to the customer’s registered email address on BCHL and can be redeemed using the same email address |
Note: The voucher discount code can only be applied once. Any remaining amount will not be refunded or carried forward for future purchases, even if the order value is less than the voucher value. In the event of a refund, any received cashback amount, if applicable, will be adjusted against the refund amount. Voucher refund method will not be eligible for any modification.
